I wish my son never stepped his foot there
It is all started from the beginning. My son is inexperienced in car leasing and so they used him. I am sure he learnt his lesson. But just to warn others. The whole negotiating was about screwing the buyer attitude. Would not use any of the programs even advertised on dealer's website (student discount). When I came in to help my son I felt aggressiveness from one of the manager's. Asked to help with spare tire the answer was "I am not throwing anything!". Other dealers offered similar deals if not better, but there was not desire to match as the cars are flying out of this place. Now my son has to pay disposition fee that was promised to be waived. Even after sale it continued - he had to drive with expired temp plates because they never called. Again - my son wanted to handle this himself, but I wanted to share with others.

Great place
The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made it an enjoyable experience. Ken, the salesperson that helped me, was a joy to work with. He is great with people and very committed to finding you the car for you at a great price. I would highly recommend him. Kareem in finance was also very nice to work with! I would say that it seemed like everyone at the dealership really got along and enjoyed working together. That's a great asset. I love my car and am glad I got it here.

Awesome online service
Dealt with Nas, both over the phone and online. I knew what I wanted and we negotiated the terms and price, set up a test drive, with sales rep John Heinz, and buy the time we got done, they had all papers ready and I was out of the with my new Jeep in 2 hours. Great experience and wonderful team. A++ I'll be back for my next purchase.

Great experience
I had an appointment set up with salesman Shawn Wittenburg. He greeted me when I first entered the dealership. The car buying process went smooth. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my time there. I ended up leasing a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I?m very happy how everything went.

It's always something
I have been generally unhappy with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Recently, service adviser suggested coolant flush. He offered 15% off the service. I know it's still a premium price vs. a local mechanic. But I decided to do it anyway knowing some vehicles are temperamental .And now my jeep blows warm to cool air only. And It's the most frigid weather lately! The dealership sends me texts begging for business, and when i finally give it, they screw it up. Undoubtedly, the technician did not burp/bleed my system or fill it correctly. I work 5 days a week, leave my home at 6am and return home past 7pm. The last thing i want to do is spend time out of my weekend to go back.

The Best Dealership
I leased a new 2018 Grand Cherokee. My visit to the dealership was very pleasant, the sales person Mohamed was very nice and very professional. We managed to find the car I wanted in no time. The negotiation was very easy and fast. I basically told them what I wanted after 10 minuets we reached an agreement. This is my 3rd car I lease from this dealership and every time I was very happy with them.

hands down best car buying experience ever
The best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever gone through. Mathew T was very professional and knowledgeable. From the time we called about a car we saw online to the time we walked in to do paperwork, everything was well prepared and we were pretty much in and out of the dealership and left happy with the exact car we wanted.
