Arias Osvandy did an awesome job assisting me in my 2023 Passport. Arias customer service was amazing. Arias has helped me with my last car I purchased in 2021. I want to say thanks for everything and keep up the good work. Honda has done a wonderful job having someone like him to represent them. It’s good to know that I know a car dealership that has good representatives. Hopefully, the next time I see him he is in a higher position. I see his hard work and dedication and he deserves it all. Great Dealership
We are repeat customers to DCH Paramus Honda after having a less than pleasant experience at a different Honda dealership. And specifically, we came to DCH to work with Hamad again on our second Honda purchase. The experience was pleasant, and we appreciated that he remembered us. He was accommodating given our two young children. The whole process was as seamless as we could have expected, and we were able to get the car that we wanted. Hamad sat in the car and made sure to show us all the features in the car, ensuring that we were comfortable with how it was set up prior to driving off the lot.
