Very bad experience with DCH Paramus Honda. I verified that the car was available and quickly agreed to purchase the car on the phone with them at their advertised price. I even discussed details with the salesman on the phone. I agreed to make my deposit, and the salesman told me that he would email the details to make a secure payment after we hung up the phone. More than 30 minutes later, I received a text that someone else was in the store looking at the car, and that he would have to wait to find out if that person was going to buy the car! The next morning, hours after I had repeatedly called the dealer and left multiple messages, I got my call-back that they had sold the care to someone else. Most likely, they used me as leverage to get a better price. Even if not, it was very poor business to agree on a sale and then turn around and WAIT for someone else to decide (I have time-stamps to prove the timing). I was told that it was the manager who decided this. Do not trust these people. There are plenty of other honest dealers.

Great place to get yourself a new car make sure to ask for MARC great guy and will make sure to get you the best deal and on the road the same day.
