I had an excellent experience at BMW and highly recommend  them to anyone looking for a vehicle. From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. A special thank you to Alex, Anthony, Patrick, and Ana for taking such great care of me throughout the entire process. They worked hard to get me a great deal, and their customer service was outstanding. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful everyone was. One staff member even made sure I had food and water while I was there, which I truly appreciated. Patrick was kind enough to take pictures of me with my new car, which made the experience even more memorable. I also received some nice souvenir gifts from Alex, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s not often that you find a team that goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable, appreciated, and excited about their purchase. All my services and leasing programs were done through them. Easy to work with and they even helped me get out of my 7 series early with minimal fees. Charles catania is the man who helped me during my shopping there. Not many family owned and operated dealerships left. The delfelice family is more about relationships than profits and that’s why they get my business repeatedly.
