I absolutely love the crew at George wall. Augie is awesome to deal with. So down to earth and helpful. The techs here are top notch, especially Phil, very knowledgeable and understanding. A great dealership to deal with from the second you walk in the door.

I’m a proud owner of my 3rd Ford vehicle ever.

I’m a proud owner of my 3rd Ford vehicle ever. I’ve had 2 pickups and 2 Explorer’s. I’ve purchased back almost 10 years ago a F-350 Platinum, which I still and it looks brand new, and I just brought on July 2,2925 a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. I had been to 3 ford dealership looking for a particular Platinum trim package. The other said no problem we have it on the lot. They did not, the cars were in transit with no real delivery date. George Walk had been the first dealer that actually had the car. I went in with my bank approval in hand, well they blew that at the water with Ford Credit which I had with the other 2 vehicles. I put down a down payment, they gave me a fare deal on my 2017 Explorer XLT with 163000 miles. The deal was completed in 45 mins. They even stayed pass closing hours being I didn’t get to the dealership until 5:30. The salesman and manager were 100% professional. I saved over $3000.00 compared to the other dealers that didn’t have the car, but wanted to sell me a car on order. I don’t know why I just didn’t go there first, but they have alway been great with the service on my truck. And they let you know items that are covered under warranty when you think your looking at a big repair cost. A very respectful dealership. I would highly recommend as it’s worth the visit, you will not be disappointed. And you won’t stand in their show room waiting for someone to help you. They have the staff. I won’t name the dealer but I waited .50mins for help, and to be told they don’t have the vehicle on the lot, it was just sold before you walked in ….. but we can get the same car in 2 weeks. I walked out. I work very hard, and this dealership George Wall, will treat you as family. Kudos to the Sales Team Harry 2025 Explorer Platinum

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! Bait & Switch, known previous practices that have been reviewed on Yelp. Breach of contract added mileage on contracts. Years of problematic practices in their service departments. Rude behaviors with my mistreatment and my special needs daughter brought to tears. REALLY!!! Not even rated on Better Business Bureau, makes sense now. Sad that we live in a climate where breaking the law and screwing people over is now considered the norm. From the highest level in our government, fraud is what is considered normal business practices. Laws and our countries constitution means nothing. Breaking the law is now common practice and the response, “Go ahead and sue me…” God Bless America!!!!
