Mark Kamatoy was responsive and up front about everything he was communicating, honest in his answers to my questions, and addressed every one of them directly. I always had the sense he was talking to ME, rather than working off of some script. He was so personable and easy to work with that I actually moved up my timeline to make a purchase. While I shopped around online to other dealerships, it was mostly due to Mark that DCH Kay Honda was the only dealership I ultimately walked into.

Justin Raymond helped me purchase my 2021 Honda Civic and made the entire process such a breeze! Justin was very knowledgeable and made sure he went over every detail with every question I had.
