I was looking to make a purchase of a reliable first car for my 17-year-old brother and was immediately drawn to the wide selection of vehicles that DCH Kay Honda had. I was greeted by Madison upon arrival. Madison was very positive and attentive throughout the whole process. She did not put pressure or emphasis on “closing a deal” but instead truly showed an understanding of what I wanted and needed from the purchase. Throughout the process many employees came up and introduced themselves and made conversation, making light of a usually nerve-racking and stressful purchase. Not only did we find the perfect car, but at the end of everything Madison even took the time out of her night to deliver the car to my home. My brother loves the car and it will definitely last for many years to come! Madison is outstanding and DCH is extremely lucky to have her!

My experience at DCH Kay Honda was simply top of the line; all made possible by Ekaterina Gritsenko and David Radice. I came into the dealership without an appointment and within moments of arriving and being assigned to Kat she made me feel like I was her main priority for the day! From proposing a fair offer, explaining the additional benefits associated with my financing options, and leading with a great attitude and conversation; she exuded a level of professionalism and relatability that is not always common during the car buying process. The cherry on top was working with Dave on the finance side of the process. He was kind, easy to talk to, and broke down the logistics in a way that was easy to understand. As someone with a customer service background, I understand what it means to go above and beyond and that is certainly what these two did for me. Has to be THE best experience I’ve had at a dealership buying a vehicle. My sales professional Louis Calderon was so easy going and ready to make me happy. Upfront let him know it was my job as a consumer to beat them up on the price and get the best value for my trade. Other sales people would have just blown me off figuring why bother. Not Louis! He genuinely wanted to give me the best deal I could get. Absolute pleasure to work with. Being a “Zero Hassle” dealership to me was a red flag and meant “we don’t make deals other than the price we advertise”, boy was I wrong. Zero Hassle at this dealership means: we will do everything in our power to make this as easy and accommodations as possible. Now for the sales manager Mike Lyttle... AGAIN such a pleasure to work with these gentleman! I came in hard with a take it or leave it attitude and he knew exactly how to treat me. I had expectations for my trade that NO ONE has been able to meet until I spoke with Mike. He really made me feel good about the deal we made and addressed my concern for my trade value and my absolute limit on payment. Overall met every aspect of what I needed to make a deal and all with an honest and straightforward approach. They don’t operate as a corporate machine, they treat you as an individual and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
