Adam Iorlano and the sales staff were great!
Adam worked with me to locate the exact Tacoma TRD I wanted AND updated me daily on the delivery. In spite of a backlog from snow storms and a day with the truck from the Port blocked by a rail train being loaded, my truck was preped and delivered yesterday. I appreciate the way Galaxy Toyota treated me very much and look forward to years of enjoying my new truck.

Poor buying experience
The sales person was excellent the car that I purchased was just what my wife wanted. The problem was when the manager got involved it became a scam, and when the finance officer got involved nothing was explained and I was charged for items that I did not ask for or knew about.

Passionate, Knowledgable, Friendly
I have never met a person more passionate about his job than Adam. I was thoroughly impressed not just by how much he knew about the Toyota line, but other brands as well. Adam is also extremely honest, easy to work with, reliable, and never once made me feel pressured. He’s always available for any questions I had and I will be purchasing from him from now on. You should too, you won’t regret it!

My mom's lease was up and I took her back to Adam to get another car. Just like last time he was very helpful and thoroigh. My mom had tons of questions that he took the time to explain everything. I'll be back with her in 3 years for the next one. Thanks again!!!?

Nick and Steve and this Galaxy Toyota dealer as well
My wife and I worked with this Toyota dealer since the days of the Cressida. Since then we've bought an Avalon, a Camry and this time a leased 2018 Camry. We worked with Nick Criscuolo for our 2014 Camry; we had high praise for him last time and we are equally pleased with him this time. Nick took time with us;we never got the feeling we were being pushed into some feature we didn't need. We give him 10 Stars. This is our first experience with Steve; he is friendly and explained each of the "zillion" papers that had to be signed by my wife and I. We also give Steve 10 stars. We want to give Kudos to all the other staff at Galaxy and especially 10 stars to our service rep Tim.

Very quick and easy and no games

Leased a Highlander-Felt like we got taken
Dealt with Nick Criscuolo. As a salesman, he was very good. We negotiated the price of the car and received an excellent price for purchasing and then we decided to lease. The finance dept rushed us through, not wanting to or refusing to answer our questions. He couldn't explain how the lease cost was determined and couldn't explain how the sales price was factored into the lease price. We should have just gotten up and walked out but we didn't so that was our fault and I know there is nothing we can do about it. Just wanted to warn other people so that they don't get taken. I have never had such a bad experience with a car dealer finance department or left having felt like I had been taken.
