No hard sell. Listened to what we wanted, rather than trying to sell something different. Answered questions as asked. Polite. Nice showroom. Good price. Good followup by sales and management.

I got the car I wanted at a great price They did a great trade in of my previous car (sight unseen). No one pushed me into the sale.

We went in "just looking" and getting the price for a trade-in and we came home 2 hrs. later with a new Toyota. We never felt pressured or lied to. Our salesperson, Nick Criscuolo, was honest, right up front and offered to work with us. He never gave us the pushy sales deal and asked what we wanted. We were very happy with the entire leasing.

This is the most dishonest business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was shopping around for a car and had a sales person quote me a detailed price in writing (approved by their manager). When I came in person they went back on their word and tried to add $2,000 to the agreed upon price. The management tried to deny the deal they originally made and when it was presented in writing said they didn't care. I would highly recommend you avoid this dealership.

Nick Criscuolo made the experience of purchasing a new Toyota enjoyable. We were considering buying a Honda but with Nick's expertise we were able to make the better choice of going with a Toyota.

I am a Connecticut resident who had to travel to Eatontown, NJ to finally purchase a Toyota vehicle. I can only say that CT Toyota dealerships can learn a lot about customer service from Galaxy Toyota. After intense research I decided the Tacoma TRD Pro was the pick-up truck for me, my first, as well as the first ever Toyota I would purchase. The first dealership I visited was Stamford (CT) Toyota. I walked into the showroom and told the first salesperson I met that I wanted to purchase a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro. The response I received was amazing. He actually laughed at me and told me if I ordered one today I be able to get one in 6 months. For real? I shouted back, so everyone in the showroom could hear, that this is exactly why I am 55 years old and have NEVER owned a Toyota!! No effort to search for the truck for me even though I was ready to purchase the vehicle that day. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and each and every time I ventured into a Toyota dealership in CT (Stamford, Westport, Milford) it has been a horrible experience. I went home and started my own search and located the '17 Tacoma TRD Pro at Galaxy Toyota. From my first phone call, to 5 days later when I picked up my new Tacoma, my experience at Galaxy was stellar. The entire transaction was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The salesperson I dealt with, Nicole Arango, was amazing. She gave me her cell # and answered all of my questions promptly. My experience on the day I picked up my truck went smoothly with no glitches or surprises. Finance Director Hyung Yoo was professional and friendly. No hard sales pitches. The TRD Pro is amazing. One of the best, if not THE best, vehicles I have ever owned. I would never hesitate to recommend Galaxy Toyota to anyone and If I decide to purchase another Toyota I will take the ride to Eatontown....well worth the trip!! By the way, I couldn't resist...on the way home back to CT, I swung by Stamford Toyota, pulled up in front of the showroom and beeped the horn!! I got the truck I wanted in 5 days from Galaxy Toyota!

Good service from sales man Bob Springman. Bob kept in contact with me after my test drive back in the begining of the year and made sure i got what i wanted. The transaction was smooth and as quick as you could expect.

Adam is a true professional. He has complete knowledge of all vehicles. He works hard to get you a great deal. He executes the sale seamlessly and gets you out the door in the car you wanted. Thats why I am seven time customer!
