I had my Toyota Prius 10,000 mile service at Toyota World of Newton. The service attendant was courteous, professional, and told me what the service entailed. I was impressed with the service waiting room...clean, comfortable chairs, and the stone wall looked like it came off an architectural magazine cover! Overall I would rate the Service Department an "A" for the meticulous attention to detail to make me leave with a positive experience. Keep up the good work!
