I have leased a new 2016 M235i from Morristown BMW. This is the third BMW I have leased from this dealership (previously a 540i Sport and a 128i with the M package) and my wife is currently driving her fourth X3 and looking forward to leasing another in Feb. 2017 when her current lease ends. It is obvious that we are loyal to this dealership due to their attention and great service. I should mention that there is a BMW dealership which is closer to our residence (BMW of Bridgewater). That being said, I want to lay out an issue with this most recent transaction. I ordered my M235i with the limited slip differential. The official BMW USA website states that the car comes standard with performance tires, mixed size, non-runflat. The run flats are a no cost option which I did not select. I intended to purchase an inflatable spare that I could throw in the trunk when necessary - one is described in the owners manual (another option would be to upgrade to run flats with performance specs - also described in the owners manual). In addition, the runflat option comes with engine speed limitation as well. I did not want these options. Although I will not race the car, I intended to attend Octoberfest and run the car on a track with an instructor to better understand the limits and nuances of the (BMW) driving experience. I will not be allowed on some tracks with non performance tires, thus the car is not meeting my expectations from that standpoint. Let me say that otherwise the car is was delivered in excellent condition and drives very well on public roads - something I have always found with my BMW's. The car came with an interior which was different than the one I ordered, but I was called immediately to make sure it was acceptable (it was). It has also come with the runflat option (including the speed limiter). I never would have put the money into the limited slip differential and then opted for the run flat package. I called my sales person and we are to meet and discuss options, and it is my hope that these problems will be dealt with accordingly. I have every reason to believe that this issue will be handled to my satisfaction. However, I have never had any real issue before, so this is new "territory" for me. If allowed, I will follow up with a future communication.

Another purchase, another great experience!
We have bought yet another vehicle today from BMW Morristown, this time a 2015 Estoril Blue 335i xDrive M-Sport 8-speed automatic. A month ago we purchased a 2015 Alpine White M3 7-Speed DCT (you'll find another review from me below). Our experience today has re-affirmed once again that BMW Morristown is the best dealership in the area due to their exceptional service! This time we dealt with Alvin Monroy (salesman) for the car purchase and Kevin Luan (finance manager) for the paperwork. It was my second time working with Kevin and my first time both meeting and working with Alvin. Where to start with Alvin...first off, he's by far the most human-like car salesman I've ever encountered in my life. He is somebody who you truly feel like you can invite over to a barbecue and enjoy a game with. He's incredibly professional, calm, polite, charismatic, friendly, and sociable. He worked with us extensively with the utmost patience to help us narrow down our car search and it was obvious that he had our best interests in mind the entire time. He fully and clearly answered all of our questions and made sure that we received all of the available incentives. He was never pushy, didn't pressure us, and played no games whatsoever. He is extremely straightforward; his only agenda is getting you the car that you want at the best price possible. Another great quality about him is that he is very knowledgable and knows a lot about the cars that he's selling, as well at the competition's cars. He and I talked about a lot of different vehicles and I was surprised to see how much he knew about each model. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with him if you're considering getting a new car because he crushes the car salesman stereotype. I also really hope he is still there for our next car purchase because he is truly one of a kind! Kevin is also amazing because he is charismatic and his focus was set on making the paperwork as easy and simple as possible while getting us the best deal with the bank. Although they've recently had to switch banks because of some issues, everything worked out fine for us as Alvin took even more money off of our car in order to make up for the difference in rates. Kevin is not your typical finance guy. Like Alvin, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and played no games. Instead of pushing us to buy every available extra, he talked to us about our driving habits and determined that many of them wouldn't suit our needs. He rightfully suggested only one, the Wheel and Tire Package, and we were glad he suggested it because it's a total must with the M-Sport Package. While signing the papers, we had great conversations and even shared a few laughs. There seems to be great communication between the finance department and the sales team because both guys knew what was going on at all times and the buying process was very fluid. In case you haven't been to the facility, take my word that it is impeccable. It is much larger than other BMW dealerships that I've been to and contains significantly more inventory. The lot is huge and they even have a considerable amount of inventory on the roof (thanks for the tour Alvin!).There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs as well as fresh coffee, pastries, and other beverages which makes the place quite welcoming. All of the staff there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and appreciative of the well-earned business customers give them. The manager actually came over a few times to personally thank us for our business! There is no doubt in my mind that our future car purchases will come from there. Great experience
Just purchased a 2014 X6 from BMW of Morristown. The entire experience was amazing. My client advisor Shravan J. Patel was extremely patient and helpful in the process. All Professionals !!!!! Great Team
I was referred to BMW of Morristown by a very good friend of mine. So I decided to pay a visit to BMW of Morristown even tho it was 30 mins away. When i arrived i was greeted right away and then introduced to Shravan Patel/salesman. Shravan was very knowledgeable and an easy person to speak too. Shravan took me for a test drive and then was very helpful in helping me find the car i wanted. i also met the manager Stewart who was also a professional and a very nice man. when i decided which vehicle i wanted i was escorted to the financial office where the paperwork was completed quickly. When my new 528i was brought to the front of the store it was turned over to me nice and clean. Just when i thought i was done, i was introduced to Jay who gave me a detailed lesson on how to use the many functions inside the vehicle. It was nice to see that everyone was a professional and enjoyed doing their job. Because of such good treatment i will have no problem driving 30 mins to get my car serviced at BMW of Morristown . Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank Larry for an excellent and fast first experience with purchasing my first bmw. He was able to find everything I wanted from the color (interior& exterior) to all the features before even coming in!!! The car was ready for pickup prior to my arrival!! Everyone was polite, professional, and quick with with the whole process that my family and I were out of there in time to take my little one trick or treating. I can see myself being a longtime customer and would definitely recommend and spread the word!!! Thanks again Larry!!!

Always a Great Experience
My family has purchased a few cars from BMW of Morristown, recently an Alpine White 2015 F80 M3. The service is phenomenal at and they have a great facility with a TV, comfortable chairs, coffee/pastries, and of course an amazing stock for you to glance at as you wait for your car to be serviced. Everyone that helped us with the buying process was extremely professional. Jesus, the salesman, was going through a tough time due to family health issues but insisted on coming into work when he heard that we were there to check out the car again. Despite his personal issues, he was devoted to help us with anything we needed and because of it, we closed the deal. I also worked with Kevin, who does financing, and he was a very pleasant and outgoing individual to deal with. He had our best interests in mind and gave us advice on what kind of financing plan to pursue. In essence, everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for the phenomenal buying experience, will buy again soon!
