Bought my highlander years ago with lifetime oil change certificate. It clearly states at least 2 / yr following the mileage recommendation (every 5k miles). Brought it in and was told i got my 2 oil changes this year. Read the contract to the svc rep and he said his mgr wouldnt let him do it. Strangely the mgr was unavailable. Asked for a call back from the mgr and strangely (again) i didnt get a call back. This is where the country is heading when companies refuse to honor clearly worded contracts. Oh yeah, my prev oil change took 1.5 hrs with an appt. Make your own decision if you want to do business here

Pleasant Experience with Robert Morath
Just purchased a 2016 RAV4 from Robert Morath. Robert was a pleasure to work with as he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I did not feel pressured into any transaction. He was great, even after the sale of my car, with follow-up phone calls to check-in and make sure everything was going well. I enjoyed working with Robert so much that I sent a friend over to meet with him and she walked out with a 2016 RAV4 as well. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

fast and friendly service
Nobody likes using their valuable time and money on car repairs, but the staff at Toyota of Morristown do their best to make this generally unpleasant occasion as painless as possible. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous, and while I sat and waited for my car, I observed nothing but the same as I watched the staff interact with other customers... this includes the employees checking in the cars, the staff helping guests inside, and the technicians themselves. On this particular occasion, I had the pleasure of being helped by both Judy Forsyth and Alex. They always provided me with thorough and accurate estimates before doing any repairs, explained what and why each repair was needed, and did so without adding stress, pressure, or intimidation to the experience. And the waiting areas are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like wifi, coffee, and snacks. Even though they service all different car makes, I was so impressed by Toyota of Morristown that it will actually make me consider buying a Toyota for my next car, just to know that I can rely on their care and expertise. Thanks again!

Excellent Service and a pleasent experience
I just brought a Toyota Prius 4 from this dealership. It was a very pleasent and excellent experince. Although the car color I wanted was not available at this dealership, they searched other dealers and got the car for me within the time frame promised. The young salesman was very enthusiastic and went over the technical details of the car carefully with us and explained all the complex technology stuff in the car very thouroughly. Robert Morath - Best Salesman Ever!
Robert Morath is the reason why I bought my 2014 Toyota Corolla LE in October 2015. During the whole sales process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.
