Mike Midura makes sure that the service experience, from start to finish, is handled well. I am able to drop off my vehicle, get a loaner, get to work, receive text updates, and pick up my vehicle at the end of the day with minimal time expended. The video inspection of my vehicle is tremendous. I can easily see where the problem, such as rusty pipes, is and what solutions exist. The people who greet me in the morning and deliver my car at the end of the day add a personal touch to the experience. Having a loaner allows me to get to work without interruption.

My Wife and I walked in and were impressed with the building . our sales person David was impressive, we liked that the sales people each have a encloses office where as other dealerships you feel like its a cafeteria desks all over no privacy.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.
