Everyone in the service department is a pleasure to deal with. However, I was charged $80 for 6 screws that were needed for the task, this was in addition to labor costs. This is unconscionable. I am happy with their staff & service but now I question if I can recommend them. Have always treated me fairly but this instance took a lot of audacity.

Took my 2013 Vette in for new tires.A day later some wheel weights had fallen off. Took the car back and they rebalanced the wheels. Later, he dealership gave me a free oil change for my trouble. Then the day after rebalancing the car had a rough ride and steering wheel movement at high speed. So I had to take the car back again.I asked Service Advisor if they did a “Road Force” balancing and he said no but they would this time. They uncovered that 3 of the tires were defective and could not be balanced and replaced them. Why wouldn’t they do a Road Force balance on a Corvette from the start. This has been a huge waste of time and disappointment for me. I use the dealership because I thought I could trust their expertise. Next time I will consider a speed shop or Corvette specialist.

Had a great experience working with Jeff on buying my first car. He treated myself and my father with such kindness and respect. He work with my budget and made me feel comfortable with making such a large purchase. I love how fondly he spoke of his family and the important of safety and sticking to a budget. I will definitely be recommending Jeff to my friends, family and coworkers for their next car purchase.

I was dealing with a salesman and a sales manager for quite some time on a very, very expensive car after getting a deal finalized I told them instead of trading my car in I have it sold then they text me and said they’re selling it to somebody else never gave me a reason or not. I guess they because they were ripping me off from my trade and wanted to make some more money on my trade. Very sad company I’ve been buying cars for over 45 years never met a company like this in my life Buyer beware these people will cutthroat you inside of a second!!!!!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Elkins Chevy!! Jeff was fantastic and made us feel so comfortable. Everyone made the process so relaxed and easy, which was MUCH appreciated since we were coming in to get a car after our previous car being totaled out from an accident. We would absolutely recommend Jeff and the dealership!
