I have been a Customer of Elkins Chevrolet for years now, It is a Pleasure to do business with a dealership that takes pride in pleasing their customers. Their sales agenda is like a breath of fresh air, there is no hard sell approach, it actually feels like they have know you forever, they listen to your wants and needs and try to give you everything you asked for. Their expertise, professionalism, courtesy and respect is refreshing, from the Service Department all the way to Adam Elkins they all treat you with care and respect, It was a pleasure to sit and chat with Bob Borman, Sales Manager, and a special Thanks you to Jeff Schor, my sales Representative, I have purchased multi vehicles from him, he treats you like family, he makes you feel at home, not out making a big decision buying a new car. Fantastic experience
Todd greeted me immediately as I came through the door with a smile. I let him know a good friend of mine referred me in and had great things to say about the Elkins experience. We discussed a few options on the Traverse and he pulled two up to compare and we took a test drive. We spent time getting to know each other and I could tell this family car dealership had a different level of personalized care and service than I’ve seen. He helped my wife and I through the options and made the process very easy and understandable. He even introduced us to the service director for future service appointments. Todd and the whole Elkins team did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier with the decision to purchase our 2019 Traverse from Elkins!

A truly personal experience
Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by Todd who came out and welcomed us to the dealership. That alone was a big step to me because I found this wasn't common during my search at other dealerships. I told Todd that I was shopping for a Trail Boss. We went over some details and within 10 minutes we were on a test drive. Todd was transparent throughout and made everything clear, comfortable and easy. Hands down one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. Todd was phenomenal and we will back to see him next year for another purchase.

Elkins Chevrolet is a Family run dealership that is laser focused on exceeding customer expectations. I had an issue with a recently purchased vehicle that could have caused me significant dissatisfaction. Buying my Camaro was a great experience
What a great place to shop for a car! You could feel the positive energy as soon as you walk-in. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Lori Simpson was great and had such a laid back attitude when she spoke. I felt no pressure and was very comfortable dealing with the financial guy Mike and then Bob. I can’t believe they stayed open just for us after closing hours. Truck was cleaned and washed! I would definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone who asks
