Promises made and kept and I am grateful!

Actions speak louder than words. Paul Outkine worked tirelessly to make sure I was not only in my new truck, but happy and comfortable. He was responsive, respectful, and resourceful. Answered every question and concern and was a true partner in the process. Bill from Ocean City worked super fast but took time to answer questions and review paperwork more than once to ensure accuracy. Never once did these two gentlemen rush or pressure me. Shared information freely and honestly with me. I could not be happier!

They don't care about you!

This was my worst car buying experience ever. The salesman tried to sell me what he thought I needed instead of what I wanted. He ordered the wrong truck and then tried to blame it on me. Wouldn't return my texts or messages. When I went to fill out paperwork, it had the wrong VIN#'s on them. Finally, when I went back to get my tags, I was charged $200 for a luxury tax that nobody told me about. When I asked about it, I was given sarcasm and defensive attitude by the sales manager. I've bought 3 vehicles from this dealership but I won't be buying a 4th. It's a shame that a dealership in my hometown would treat me, or anyone, this way. Very disappointed!

Salesman was great

Yatin Patel sold us a Ram truck. He was sincere and considerate. Thanks Yatin! He was very knowledgable and what he didn't know, he researched for us. He found answers for all our questions and concerns. Great guy. Great Ram Truck!

Went above and beyond, from sales to GM

To save everyone time, and to make sure you don’t leave a dealership with horrible feelings, Do a self evaluation of what you can afford Know the price of the car(invoice, holdback, incentives, rebates) Know the value what you bring((trade,cash) Know the overhead to keep a business running. My own philosophy is I never dig into the holdback, but take advantage of every program, rebate, incentive that exists. I wanted a very specific model with very specific options. There were only a handful built the sales consultant, the gm and others ALL pitched in to get me the EXACT car I wanted within the time frame I needed, at the price we agreed upon the first night I could have asked for a greater outcome Thank you for a great experience

Far from the best.

Too many untruths. When deal was done and went to finance payment was quoted and 84 months when really it was 96, said rate was 3 point something when it really was 4.99, when asked what bank it was with he stated bank name and said how hard it was to finance with them when it turned out to be a credit union. Only thing that was stated that was correct was payment amount. Finance manger offer no help at all, no effort to calm the situation. This was second new car purchased here and also tried to buy a used car that was unsuccessful. My bottom line is we got you now and we are not going to do anything to make you a repeat customer. Live and Learn. Car was purchased under Robyn B.
