Very unprofessional staff, sold me a bad car.

Here’s a 1 star review. Traded in my 2017 Pacifica on May 12. They offered me the best price out of the 3 dealerships I went to.. so I went with them. They didn’t tell me they were offering $1500 less for my trade in.. so watch out for the sneakiness. The new 2018 Pacifica had issues right off the truck. Gas tank was broken and the Uconnect didn’t work. They replaced it with a new Pacifica. I was very grateful. Unfortunately, the 2nd Pacifica had even more problems. It’s been in the shop twice. First for the oil sending unit failing, then for my car shutting off at a red light. They can’t duplicate the problem. On top of all of this, they waited weeks to send out the payoff for my first car! I called and they kept saying it was already sent. It wasn’t sent until June 15th, 2 weeks after they claimed they mailed it. I left a 3 star review for my saleman, Jim Payne, and he called me to complain about my review. He said “I’ll drive to xxxxing Texas to get you another Pacifica if that’s what you want.” I told him to work on getting me in another Pacifica and to resend the survey. Never happened. Jim and sales manager Zeke have lied to me, avoided my calls, and deceived me. I asked to speak to the owner, to talk about getting some of my money back and it’s all falling on deaf ears. Now I’m stuck making payments on a car that may or may not stall out with 4 small children in it. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Impeccable customer service!!!

This experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I went In for some maintenance on my car and walked out with a 2018 Durango with all of the amenities. The customer service was impeccable and the ease of the entire process was amazing. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Bobby to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle because they will make it happen!

Used car experience- Excellent!

Excellent Customer Service

My husband and I and our son went into the dealership to purchase a 2008 Toyota Camry, the staff was very friendly especially Mike Brown who sold us the car and Zeke, the sales manager. They truly went the extra miles to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase; they made sure that the car was cleaned and detailed so it smelled fresh and looked nice and shiny. Mike Brown took out his own floor mat to put in our car since ours did not have one. The car runs very smoothly, I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

2018 Dodge Journey

Great experience! Great staff! I walked in desperately ready to upgrade to a more reliable family vehicle and Frankie helped me do just that. Kept me in the loop every step of the way with every detail. Great customer service. I definitely look forward to shopping with you guys again in the future.

Entire experience was great!

Every person we dealt with was friendly, fair and honest. Everyone introduced themselves to us when we entered the dealership. We were advised of the price of the vehicle we were looking to purchase, as well as how much we would get for our trade-in.

Super Friendly and Very Helpful

My experience at Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge is always great! This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased. They go above and beyond to help you. Our Car salesman Eric, was extremely professional, polite and great to talk with. Alex the General Manager is pretty cool and very honest. Alex went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful. I can't forget to mention Zeke, very professional, polite, honest and great personality. The overall experience was Great! Pleasant Professional Friendly, highly Recommend!

We shopped all over for the used minivan we wanted. I inquired about it online, and the saleman, Eric, had the van parked out front and was ready to look at when we arrived. Very pleased with our buying experience.

Like a breath of fresh air

I never post online reviews,but this I had to share. I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Caravan. Everyone was very nice and helpful but Zeke went over and beyond making my buying experience GREAT! Thanks again Zeke!
