Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge RAM

Yes every one, you have read right, My family and I have purchased our 10th car from Mt. Ephraim Dodge again. Not only did Dean, Albert and Joe "FAB" help me they helped my sister in law. Two new cars, one day, amazing. I will be truthful, I was not getting a car from here I was only here to help my sister in law, but Uncle Dean....(shhhh....not my real uncle but if you walk in and ask for "Uncle Dean" he makes you a better deal...shhhh just our secret.) but yes Uncle Dean worked hard to make both my Sister in law and me very happy. Joe "Fab" is the man, great attitude and just easy to talk to, kinda like seeing your old high school buddy and chatting like your still back in the day. I am not leaving out the rest of the Mt Ephraim family. Bob Peters is the man, he almost made my wife buy the new Pacifica and she would of if I didn't get my Ram lol. Albert worked hard (with my wife lol) test driving cars for my sister in law to get her the right car she wanted thank you so much Albert. I could keep going on and on, but if you want to know the more down to earth funny stuff, walk in, say hi to "Uncle Dean" and just mention my name in there to anyone "STARKIE" and you will be sure to get the same attitude and fun they show me. I'm sure they will all have a different funny story about me. lol. Thank you so much I really hope the Owner who hangs out in Cherry Hill gives a special call over to you guys to find out how you make this family buy their 10th car within 3 years from you. AMAZING. Last, it is true that if you cant get a car here, you might as well go to a buy here pay here place and waste your money these guys can make you the deal that will bring you back in, even if its just to say hi. Love you guys. Yesterday morning, February 15, 2017, my husband and I had every intention of only acquiring information concerning a new Dodge Ram truck. However, after obtaining a fantastic deal, we happily drove home in a beautiful 2017 Big Horn. We were impressed with the expansive Ram trucks knowledge of our salesman, Steven Folbaum. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and was very patient. We also worked with Albert Novelli (another patient man), who more than "sweetened the deal". Overall, an enjoyable experience was had by us both.

To put it simple, I do not typically have a good experience with dealerships and my visits often end with disappointment and frustration. I took a trip down to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge in hopes of having a good experience finally and indeed I did. Steve worked with me to get me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and I will surely go back to them next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. Thanks for getting me into a new Ram Steve!
