great service

I brought my car in early which was no problem. The service rep was knowledgable about my extended warranty and got back to me promptly. Everything repaired has been working great.

Excellent service #

Everyone friendly and hurrying to my timely schedule. Extremely professional and courteous. Ernest was very educated about my car. Andrew in finance was very infomated. Larry helped tremendously in learning how to work the car. Napleton Honda rocks!

River Oaks Honda could improve on Customer Service

I like the fact that Mike in the service department took care of me real good because in the past I have had nothing but bad experiences with a few other workers from the service department. Mike has a smile on his face all the time and is very professional and honest with all his customers.
