Got to be too expensive to have work done here
Service repair hourly rate is too expensive. Was charged too much for the recent alternator replacement.. Have been coming here for for many years and this the first time that I was not happy with the cost.

Worst Buying Experience and Biggest Waste of Time
Why isn't ZERO stars an option?? I ordered a brand new 2020 F-250 recently. Waited 2 months for the truck to arrive. Never received a single update call or email from the rep I worked with (Bruce Hayes). I finally get a call on my work phone this past Friday and a message was left stating the truck came in. Unfortunately I was out of town on a business trip. I returned Bruce's call on Tuesday when I got back in the office and could not reach him. I spoke to a different rep, who just called me back to state that Bruce sold the truck THAT I SPEC'ED AND ORDERED to someone else. Not only did they display a complete and total lack of integrity in this situation, but what is even better is that my sales rep didn't even have the guts to tell me the news himself. Their excuse is that I never gave them a down payment, but the rep did not require one for me to order the truck, and we were working on a deal for a trade in over the last two months while waiting for the truck to arrive. Not only did they lose my personal business, but they also lost my company's business as well. What used to be a reputable place to buy a vehicle has unfortunately fallen downhill fast. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALES REP AT ALL COSTS
