    Horrible experience. The sales manager is aggressive and threatening. The only reason I didn't buy a car from the dealership was do to person lack of... good people skills. I'm sure his act is successful at intimidating people into buying a car unless you have the ability to communicate any questions that you want an actual answer, then he becomes uber aggressive. I then decided I wanted to leave and wanted the papers i signed back. He refused and stated they were his. Then told me to leave or he was calling the cops. This was all in front of my kids. I never raised my voice or cursed at him. Though I did shush him so i could talk. This is when he threatened to call the cops. I would have stayed, waited but I had my kids with me so I left. I don't think I will ever buy a car from this dealership. Unless they give me a sincere apology along with some assurance that their manager receives some counseling.

    I bought a 4000 dollar car and they treated us like we bought a 70k truck or something , they filled the gas tank, free oil change. They all were super... friendly and I assure you the next car I need , Tirapelli Ford is my first stop ! Thanks Javon

    I am from Indiana 3 hrs. away from the Ford dealership. I saw a truck on cars.com. I emailed them about it. I received a response the very next morning.... Maynard had his number listed so, I gave him a call. We worked out a price pending my satisfaction with the used pickup. Then Moe in Internet sales got a hold of me. He was great to respond to any question I had. I couldn't have had a better experience with these two guys. I made the 3 hr. drive hoping it was as nice as it was described to me. Moe & Maynard met me at the door. I did a test drive and look over on the used pickup. Everything was just had Maynard described. It actually looked better than I had expected! These two guys are top notch in my book for customer service. I would recommend them to anyone for their honesty with me. Thanks again for a great experience, Kevin

    Very shady I will never be back I got quoted a price of $350 to change a rear bearing then it was they had to do the whole hub for $550 then it was the... other side is bad too and then its $860 ok do it. I go to pay and the bill is for $995. After I lost my xxxx he got it changed to $882 which is still not the $860 I agreed to....I would find another dealership before you get ripped off here

    My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth... comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.

    I have a 2017 Escape with under 20k miles. It took 2 weeks to get my car in to replace a transmission pump of some sort. They said they'd need to keep... the car a couple days, and did provide a loaner. Alex was very professional, friendly and polite. I got it back by the end of the 2nd day. Would have been nice if the car got washed tho.
