I appreciated getting true pricing up front with no game playing. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision the day I came in. I wanted to have time to check into insurance rates and have time to think about whether to buy or lease.

They were great with commuication from the ment I arrived to when I left. I was given a very nice loaner car. And the cost was exactly what they quoted. The work was done well and on time.

From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free.

A wider selection of car colors and interior colors would have been better. I appreciated test driving alone and experiencing the car myself. Mr. Harris was professional, knew his inventory and offers available, he tried to accommodate and work within what I wanted to spend, had my best interest in mind, and had very good customer service skills.

I love Hamilton Mazda. I actually live 15 minutes away from another Mazda dealer yet I drive an house to have my car serviced here. Keep up the good work!!

It was great. I had a Costco 50% off coupon up to $200 after buying a car from the dealership. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and helpful to process the code from Costco, and to place my order with the parts department. Two of my the items were in stock, and I returned the next day for the third item.

I just bought a new car from Mike and must say I received excellent service throughout the whole process. Mike and his team went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible, patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and they even took care of a lot of extra steps and paperwork that I would have had to deal with on my own. Would highly recommend this dealership, and thanks to Mike for everything!
