I am very satisfied with the service department. Service manager Ryan Rutherford was very welcoming and attentive he took care of my vehicles needs and got me in and out in a timely manner.

Overall, I’ve had positive experiences with this service

Overall, I’ve had positive experiences with this service center, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. After my backup camera was repaired under a recall, it began intermittently showing a scrambled image again. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment due to needing a loaner, and of course, the screen worked fine on the day I brought it in. The only suggestion I received was to clean the backup camera when it happens again — something I’ve obviously already tried. Had a loaner been available sooner, the issue might have been observed and properly addressed.
