Never steered me wrong and always treated me with respect and fairly. My Prius V is 12 years old and so far, they have taken great care of it. They show you what is wrong, options, loaner cars and have a serene waiting area. Highly recommend!!! This is my third car from Toyota and only bought last one in North Carolina because I killed the transaxail when I moved there.

If you want to be overcharged thousands of dollars this is the dealership to go to. If you want to be screwed buying a car, this is the dealership to go to. If you want a good deal and fair pricing stay far away from this dealer !!!!

Lots of bs. They don't have any cars to sell based on the chip shortage and still can't be straight with the customer. Nick is my least favorite.

I talk to the service worker Anthony I called him Told him IM having transmission issues do they rebuild he stated yes have it towed here I’ll see what we can do with it come to find out they do not rebuild them they put a refurbished transmission which I told him I’m not gonna except the new transmission he knew this before I dropped it off they charge me money to tell me the transmission was no good I already knew the transmission is no good I got clock to computer I saw the fault codes that’s why I asked him if he replaces those parts and he said yes but they do not tell me another transmission for $5300 I told it either write it to a dealer that rebuild it for me safe to go to mount money my problem is they charge me $170 Can you tell me it needed a new transmission but it did not it got rebuilt but I should get my money back because I told them the transmission needed to be rebuilt

I will never purchase another vehicle from LAKEWOOD TOYOTA . The worst sale staff. The pre-certified program / vehicles is a scam. The salesman is dishonest and didn't follow on issues after the sale was made .. i walked in the dealership to pickup my plates which took 4 months and the salesman made like he didn't know me, what a character. I WILL NOT SERVICE MY VECHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP...! THEY MADE A SALE BUT LOST A CUSTOMER . .
