Aside from the anticipated price haggling game, the dealership was a pleasure. Despite ongoing construction, it was still clean and organized inside. Unlike other dealerships I visited, there were no blinding disco lights flashing around the room, the background music was at a level conducive to handling business, and masks were actually worn properly. The employees I encountered were all pleasant and the salesperson, Alejandro, was a gem.

I took my car in for a standard oil change and insisted on that being all I wanted. The sales team would not let it go and kept pushing I get other services. I understand trying to make money but don’t do it in a way where people, like me, are feeling like they are getting scammed. I will be taking my services elsewhere for now on.

I saw a used Cooper Mini Countryman at this dealership online. I quickly was greeted at the dealership. Christian Montfort quickly grabbed the keys and showed me the car. We then went on a test ride. Afterwards we quickly negotiated a sales price. Mina the finance professional was easy to deal with while purchasing my warranty. The warranty was reasonably priced. This is why I only buy used cars from dealers. I want a warranty to cover me for big ticket items. I rate this dealership and Christian very highly for the following reasons; The employees we’re friendly. Christian respected my time. They did not make me wait. Even during quick negotiations there were no games involved. Any questions I had were quickly and intelligently answered in a straightforward manner. The pricing at this dealership was fair. Overall this was the best experience I have had at a dealership. If I was looking for another vehicle I would come here first. They obviously specialize in new and used Honda’s but they also have many very nice used vehicles of all brands. Thanks

Customer service is great but my experience with oil change refill level is done at minimum level, so after 3500 miles, I need to add additional 1qt of new oil. I hope you guys change that so customer do not have to recheck. Thank you.

Our salesman, Jude Pallone, was outstanding in understanding our needs. He worked with us to come to a deal for a new Passport. Ashraf was extremely helpful in explaining the available financing options and service contracts. Overall a great team.

We returned to DCH to have a trailer hitch installed on our new Passport. In the service department, Dominick Garretson, was extremely helpful and great to work with on this. The parts were installed neatly and correctly within the promised timeframe. Overall a great team.
