Excellent DEALER, Excellent Salesperson KUMAR !

I can say that DCH's biggest asset is their employees. Especially my salesperson Kumar helped me a lot for my new car. Kumar is so friendly in nature. you can ask any doubts to him, he will reply promptly. Before going to DCH, i visited 2 other Honda dealers and was not satisfied with the way they behaved. Then only i went to DCH based on the google positive reviews , they received me respectfully. I would recommend DCH Acadamy Honda to all my friends, relatives and especially the new comers to USA.

Outstanding detailed service

The service was excellent. In particular Mr Robert Levine was my sales consultant and he went through every nook and corner of the vehicle and offered very valuable suggestions. There was not an element of impatience or irritation as he was also having back pains.

Great experience, Ron rocks!

I usually rather have two root canals than going to the dealer, so I went to DCH with my "I just want a decent deal (aka if the price is right it can be green with red dots for all I care)" attitude. Ron skipped the whole sentimental part and jumped to the numbers as I requested, he was nice, honest and so not pushy. I said I was going to think about it, he didn't give me an attitude (as you'd get some other places). When I called to say I thought his numbers where high we went over some additional options. I went back to the dealership and he had a nice offer worked out for me, he had talked to his manager, so I didn't have to go through the "theater", we got the paperwork going and left feeling well about the transaction. The finance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) also skipped the torture and went straight to explain the additional options and finish the paperwork. Ron then followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with the car and I feel like I can call him or text him at any time if I have any questions. Overall a completely different experience in the best of ways.

Ron was great. I came to purchase my car and he was straight to the point while answering all my questions. There was no bs and a deal was made quickly. I recommend to anyone looking to buy a Honda or even lease to go see Ron he's patient and willing to work with you your budget and vechile of your desire. Great Dealer

8/28/2015: Purchased - CRV EXL We heard about DCH Academy Honda over the radio. We did a quick check online and found it to be a highly rated dealer on dealerrater.com. We scheduled a test drive for a CRV. Paul Aweeky was our sales personnel. We had several questions for him during the ride. He listened to our concerns and answered all questions patiently. The price that the dealer offered was over our budget so we made a counter "out the door" offer. After rounds of negotiations with the finance team and Paul, we all agreed on the final price, which was remarkably close to our asking price. Satisfied with the final price, the financing process was initiated. As my spouse had excellent credit, he got one of the cheapest rates for that day's market offerings. To save time, Paul simultaneously worked with our insurance company to add the car to our policy and everything worked out quite smoothly. The finance officer didn't compel us to buy any security features or any add-ons and hence, we didn't feel obligated or forced. By the time all paperwork got over, it was already the dealer's closing time. But Paul stayed on and spent enough time to walk us through the features of the car. He also made sure that the car was nicely washed and cleaned from inside. Overall, we had a good experience with DCH Honda and would highly recommend to others.

New Car Lease

My experience at DCH was great! My salesperson, Paul Aweeky and Finance employee, Joseph Guzzo were the best. It was a very easy going process. I got exactly the car I wanted. I was extremely satisfied. Paul and Joe were very easy to deal with, have great personalities , very accommodating and made sure all my needs were met and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda.

a purchase of New Honda LX

We worked with Paul Aweekly and were very satisfied. We had requested a specific color which DCH did not stock. Paul quickly located the vehicle we requested and picked it up within the week as promised. When we arrived, paperwork was already in order . We moved without a problem right into finance and dealt with Paul Marques who was also prepared for us in advance, making it a smooth transaction. Both Paul A weekly and Paul Marques were highly efficient and courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Great car buying experience!!!

My car buying experience was great here. I went in for a new Honda pilot and changed my mind to Honda accord. Even within Honda accord I kept switching between different models and customizations but the sales person (Dimitrios) was very patient and guided me throughout. I got a good deal on a new car, good value for my trade in and even the car financing rate was awesome (0.9%). Even my credit union couldn't beat that. But here's the best part. I had forgot to check employee pricing. Employee pricing was $1000 lesser than what I had paid for the car. So 2 days later when I reached out to them about It via email. They immediately called me to let me know that they will try to do their best to match it and a few hours later they agreed to reimburse $750. I had no hope of getting anything but was happy that they honored it. It's good to see that they believe in providing a great customer experience.
