Pleased with our experience

Our salesman, Tony, and the finance person were both very kind and thorough. We were made comfortable in the waiting area while paperwork, etc. was being prepared. The establishment gets very busy, so it is important to be patient, and to appreciate the hard work being put forth for one's benefit. The long day paid off in the end, and we were glad to bring our newly-purchased vehicle home.

Great Car buying experience

I was shopping for a new car and been to many dealerships, most of the them just try to pressure me into buying and kept saying the price only available for one day only. At DCH Academy Honda, sales Edmond Leung helped me get the car I want and for an unbeatable price. At end of the day, I am happy and drive home with my brand new car.

Great car buying experience

I bought a 2015 Honda Accord and the sales Edmond Leung did an excellent job on helping me get the car I want. I have been to other dealer and they all just try to pressure me into buying, not help me get the car that I want.

Trustworthy Showroom & Very good Customer Service

I recently bought a certified 2012 Honda civic from the DCH academy honda on US 9, the sales representative Tony who attended me once i walked in was excellent. He was spot on with the options to my needs and he got me a very good deal on the table. He helped me to reach closer to my needs. Secondly the showroom operates very transparently, no hidden charges as a lot of other dealerships do. They do not add any hidden component on to the bill once you arrive at your number. I am totally happy and satisfied with the car, the deal the service. Overall it was an amazing experience for me. Thank to Tony Lopez and DCH academy honda for helping me in the process.

Joe Guzzo is the man

Thank you to Joseph Guzzo for going above and beyond to make our experience with DCH Honda a great one. A true gentleman who always comes through with the best price and customer service. The 2015 Honda Civic we picked up last week was the fourth car we leased from Joe. Thank you again for all your help!

LIES LIES LIES. Issue still not resolved.

I went through the Costco auto program and was paired up with this dealership. I went into this dealership on Tuesday, 8/11/2015 with my mother as she was looking to purchase a new car by the end of the month. This was the first dealership we visited on our car search. We came in and met with Khalil Quraishi. He sat us down and talked about the car we were looking at, Honda Civic SE. We test drove it and came back to his desk to go over price. We kept asking him what the Costco price was. He would not even talk about price until practically forced to. We just kept asking what is the Costco price for the car. And his responses were all over the place, from: do you like the car? can you buy the car tonight? what concerns do you have about the car? All we wanted to know is the price then we could have talked further. We felt like we were just a sales number to him although he said a few times that he's there for us (which is a HUGE lie and seems to be what everyone says here which I will go over later). He said that they had one white Civic SE left which is the color my mother wanted. And he told us that we can put it on hold while we conduct our car search at other dealerships. He knew that we were visiting other car dealerships and we told him we had an appointment with Toyota the next evening. We thought about it and at first was against it but he kept insisting that there is no pressure to buy, just put a small amount of money to hold the car for a few days, it's fully refundable, and if we don't want, come back and pick up the deposit. Sounds easy and straight forward enough right? We thought so. So we signed over a small deposit of $200 to put the car on hold and left. In hindsight, I should have recorded our conversation. We visited a Toyota dealership two nights later and decided that the Civic SE wasn't the car my mom wanted. She was deciding on a Civic LX (one trim lower than the SE) or a Corolla LE now. On Friday, 8/14, I called Khalil giving him a heads up that I was coming to get our hold money back and they can release the car. He gave me a huge run around. And I explained to him that we're not interested in that car but after I get our money back we can discuss talking about Civic LX. All he kept saying is come in and we can talk about the LX. I was coming in to get our money back on the hold and then we could have talked. But he wouldn't want to even discuss giving the money back. At this point, I just no longer wanted to deal with him and his shady practices. I just said I really just want my money back. In a very curt manner, he said I'll talk to my manager and hung up on me. Luckily for me I had him on speaker with my wife there. And she got to hear for herself who I was dealing with. So on Saturday, 8/15, I came to the dealership to speak to Khalil in person to get my money back. He looked shocked to see me. We shook hands and said hi and he said hold on let me get my manager. I couldn't even have a talk with him about the situation. He just tried to hand everything off to his manager. I really just wanted to talk to him about what was going on and why all the back-pedaling now. So I waited in the front for about 45 mins to talk to Sal. Sal came over to me and basically said that he'll "try" and get me my money back. I stood there in shock. "Try"? He basically said that since I signed to purchase the car, he's not sure he can get my money back. I explained to him that this was to put the car on hold for a couple of days and that it was explained to both my mother and me that it was fully refunded. I asked him to get Khalil over and we can get everything straightened out. He refused. Basically, we left after he said a few times that he will "try" to get our money back and that he was here for me (sound familiar? exactly what Khalil said). I told my mother this and she's old-school. She's all about loyalty, respect, and trust. After this incident, she just no longer wanted to deal with this dealership ever again 'cause they essentially lied to us in front of our faces. For what? $200? I called Sal on Monday and left a few messages. No response. I called several times on Tuesday and left messages. I have a phone log of my calls and started to record my conversations. He finally called me back on Tuesday and he asked me very nicely why don't we just try and get you in the LX that you wanted. I wanted to tell him that because of what you guys are putting me through for a $200 refund, I don't want to deal with this dealership anymore. But I didn't. I just said that we just want the money back and we can go on from there. And we hung up. He called back again and said that they'll give me my money back and he noted that they didn't have to do it but they were willing to give it back to me. Really? How nice of them to give me my money back that was promised to me before. He said I can expect it in about a week. Fast forward, it's been two weeks now. I called yesterday and left a message with Sal and called today and asked the receptionist to give him my message. So far no response. I used to take two cars for service to this dealership and because of this experience I will not be going back. Also, I have a growing family that will be looking for a minivan next year. And you can guess where I won't be going to. I visited 5 dealerships on this car search for my mother and asked all of them about this situation and they thought it was shady. One other thing...try calling Sal, the sales manager. Out of the eleven times I've tried reaching him (I have a call log) and that's not including the numerous times i called the main line asking to be transferred to him just in case he has a different number, he has yet to answer a single call. That's what you're getting with DCH Academy. That's the customer service you will be getting here when it doesn't go the way you expect it to. And I hate to say this cause it's really a low thing to do but if you have a voice-recorder, I'd suggest recording every conversation you have with a salesman here.
