Pleasure dealing with a helpful & curteous salesman
Joseph Guzzo, he's the man. I am a senior and he had extreme patience dealing with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. I will recommend him to anyone interested in a car, new or used.

Was very attentive and helpful
Enrique was awesome. The whole time he kept asking us what we needed and what we could afford. He did not make us feel pressured at any time. He was able to answered every question we had. Even though I asked the same question probably 10 different ways. Wholeheartedly I would recommend Enrique to anybody that was looking for a used or new car. He kept calling me for a couple weeks daily to let me know he was working on getting the color and car I wanted. The color of course was the hardest one to get but I am so happy I waited and he was so happy to help us. He's a true asset to DCH Honda.

Some of the worst service ever
Absolutely terrible service. Waiting 4.5 hours to lease a vehicle from arrival to leaving. Constant delays while workers standing around laughing and joking, while no one is actually working. Was told that the $199 nitrous oxide in the tire fee was "not negotiable" and "proven to improve mileage and reduce air escape from tires" which is all completely false when you look at the data online. Salesperson could not make any adjustment without checking with the manager - constantly - throughout the entire process. Had to sit while the manager told me about their "care packages" that cost an absurd amount of money for maintenance and repairs to the car if there is cosmetic damage. I have contacted the mangers multiple times without any response, and received an offer from Open Road Honda for $1000 less than I paid. I will NEVER EVER USE DCH again. UPDATE - A manager contacted my after I emailed them about the aforementioned issues. They were eager to keep me satisfied and fully refunded the fee for the nitrous oxide. I received a check 2 days after we spoke on the phone.

Robert Levine is a superstar
Robert was introduced to me by the sales manager. This is the 10th Honda ive owned and first at DCH academy. I should have came here sooner if I knew how easy it was dealing with Robert Levine, he made the car leasing process painless and efficient. Went over everything in great detail and most of gave me everything I asked for. I would highly recommend mr. Brooklyn Robert Levine to anybody. Hes been there for 22 years! Go see him for your next Honda, you won't find anybody better.

Great Experience with "Guzzo" at the DCH Academy Honda
The experience and assistance I received at the DCH Auto Group was phenomenal, especially for an anxious individual with the intentions of buying a new vehicle for the first time. At first I was unsure of how the whole experience would turn out, but once I was in the hands of my sales person, it was smooth sailing. I want to say that Joe Guzzo, my sales person, was extremely courteous, friendly, and absolutely real with his responses/opinions towards my questions and concerns, which I greatly appreciate. He assisted in establishing a wonderful deal for my new 2015 Honda Civic, and made sure my needs and interests were met. In the end, I went home with the best deal on an amazing car! A Great Employee at a Great Dealership
It was my first time getting a car from a dealership and the task was daunting. I have been to a few others before and the sales guys often come off too aggressive and pushy. This was not the case at DCH Academy Honda. Edward Moy made every step of the car buying process as painless as possible. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and makes you feel like your needs are his own. Thank you Ed for my 2012 Honda Accord V6. It was a great and fun experience.
