Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. This is a second time we are getting a car here and both times we worked with Robert Levine. Robert is a all about customer service. We got the lowest price out of all the dealerships we contacted. The car was ready when we arrived, Robert was very professional and the overall experience was just great. I am an experienced car buyer and came loaded for bear. Johnny sat back and let me run the deal which is EXACTLY what I was looking to do. I did a lot of pre-work via email with LISA of DCH so when I hit the showroom, DCH honored the price without trying to sneak other items into the deal. I was prepared to pay cash but took the super low rate financing offered. I knew exactly precisely what I wanted before I even hit the dealership, so for me Johnny was the right salesperson. If you like the Hard Sell and want the Hard Sell, don't go to DCH in Old Bridge. If you want a dealership that will work with you, go to DCH and ask for Johhny!

Bought several cars there. When it comes to service, its horrible. No communication between the service advisors and service receptionists. Not sure if they get commission but I attempted to speak to someone else and they just keep referring you to same service advisor. Receptionists gives out falls information makes me drive there and the service advisor tells me different. No help of any kind. Still waiting on a phone call back for the past 2 hours. Service is horrible. I would buy again but will never have my car serviced there again.
