Despicable, disgraceful behavior! Women Beware!!!!!
The entire dealership is disgraceful. Three weeks after leasing a CIVIC, I was called to the dealership. The dealership tried to increase my current lease price, or I was told to leave the car at the dealership that day!!!!....

Otis Vidale was Excellent
We worked with Otis to lease our new CRV. I am not proud to say that we weren't the easiest customers to work with, however, Otis was still EXTREMELY patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. And it was a lonnng process for us. We actually felt bad for what we put him through. But despite all of that AND the cold and nastly weather, Otis still provided us with A-1 service and he took the time to show us the ins-and outs of our new SUV. He also called several times after the purchase to check-up on us. He understood our needs and worked to get us the best deal to keep us within our budget. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others in the future.

Joseph Guzzo was an excellent Car sales man
I live in Freehold NJ, so you'd think that I would merely go to Freehold Honda, I did and I was very disappointed. I went in on a Saturday and I made an appointment with a person, who I later learned, was merely the internet liaison, she gave me non-knowledgeable salesman who was servicing two customers at the same time, me being one of them. I gave him my true-value information and he kept getting it wrong. I've also had bad experiences with Honda Universe in Lakewood, who told me they had CRVs available but when I got there, they had nothing. I understand that CRVs are a hot selling item but I don't like "bait and switch" and being told I would have to wait 72 hours. I was so totally frustrated I went back to DCH Academy in Old bridge. I had returned my lease and Joe Guzzo was the salesman who assisted me. Contrary to Freehold Honda, Joe was extremely knowledgeable. My daughter purchased the 2011 Honda CRV and Joe made the process smooth. Which is in stark contrast to my experiences with Honda of Freehold and Honda Universe. I then returned, once I got my income tax refund and Joe had everything ready. He gave me a test drive and reviewed all the features. He reviewed all the numbers; Dealer costs, tax, title, etc... and he ensured I understood everything. The financing, as with everywhere else, always takes a long time and lots of paperwork, so I was there until closing. Joe didn't rush me off or tell me he had to go home, instead he congratulated me and took his time to again go over the features, especially the key-less start, which can be confusing, if you've never had that before. He stayed with me, even after the dealership closed and made sure I was comfortable with the features and the car in general before leaving the lot. This is my third Honda Lease. Twice at DCH Academy, I won't make the same mistake of going else to ever buy a Honda again and I will only use Joe as my sales guy. I'm also referring him to all my friends. He made the hassle of leasing a car much easier and comfortable.

absolutely amazing!
I went to purchase my first new car and it was a success thanks to Gercino . He knew exactly what i wanted and offered me something better. He helped me so much and explained everything step by step made it very easy for me. I would recommend DCH Academy Honda to anybody who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. Ask for Gercino he is awsome.
