I purchased my 2012 Honda Civic new

I purchased my 2012 Honda Civic new fromPhillipsburg-Easton Honda. PHE is the only place I will take my car for service. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and my car is done within the time frame they say. When needed, I was always given a loaner car.

My Honda experience throughout the years has always been

My Honda experience throughout the years has always been positive. Eric Vitale is the ultimate professional. Brendon and the kind man who drove me to Home Goods were friendly and accommodating. I have repeatedly bought cars and had them serviced from Phillipsburg Easton Honda and will continue to do so.

Always a positive experience!

Always a positive experience! Everyone at the body shop is pleasant to work with. The repairs were done perfectly! The only issue was that there was a back order on parts but I was given a beautiful curtesy vehicle to use and I was very happy. PE Honda never disappoints

Took way too long to get our vehicle serviced.

Took way too long to get our vehicle serviced. Over 2.5 hours even with a scheduled appointment. Then your c/s rep. Informed us that this service center ran out of automatic transmission fluid. UNACCEPTABLE. you people run a service center. Not Joe's garage 😕 you had to make us wait for your inventory shortcomings?

We are so sorry we failed you durning your experience. The Transmission service is an hour and half time of completion. The whole world is still facing shortages. Thank you so much for the feedback so we can provide better service to each and everyone of our guest.
