Phillipsburg Easton Honda

Dealer called back and set up time to replace the engine cover. This was completed on 3/16/24. Previous rating was not a reflection on the service associate (Steve). He was courteous, honest and efficent and always has been during previous service visits at this dealership.

I got 3 new tires (already had one when I had a flat tire out of state) as well as the 90,000 mile service. My only complaint is that within 3 miles of leaving your service my flat tire light came on. When I checked the tires I found that one had 36 psi, one had 31 psi, the other 2 had recommended 33 psi. I am a little surprised that they were left at different psi. After I put them all at 33 psi, no further problem.

My issue was a recall. Shonn explained everything including the delay in obtaining the parts. I was provided with a loaner car that met my needs. Great service!
