Not pleased with the exterior of my car. There is something in the paint that needs to be buffed out. I informed the salesperson about this prior to delivery. This issue needs to be addressed by D’Arcy . They should buff out the paint and apply new wax on the surface. Other than that, Lauren Gall deserves a raise

My recent purchase was my 5th new auto I've bought in my lifetime. And by far this was the best experience I have ever had. I didn't feel pressured in any way. They were extremely patient in explaining features and options. A reasonable agreement was made by myself and management to arrive at a price that was acceptable by all parties. I didn't leave with that feeling of "did I make the right decision" Everyone we dealt with was professional. We started this journey with salesman Jimmy, with Leroy finalizing the transaction. We had interaction with GM Mike and FM Francisco as well. So in summing it up, I highly recommend D'Arcy Hyundai for your automobile needs.
