The wait for a regular maintenance visit was far too long
The wait for a regular maintenance visit was far too long at almost 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was fine and the report was comprehensive and easy to understand. The current waiting area is not very comfortable, lacks TV's and is hampered by employees walking back and forth. When the new wait area is completed hopefully there will be a big improvement.

We came in to see if the car we were looking for was available. We met David Matos and he said there indeed was one available for purchase. There was no pressure and he was willing to negotiate a deal we could all be happy with. It was the first time we could actually say it was a pleasure buying a car (and we have purchased many over the years)!
