It was good.
It was good. I brought my car in around 1:30pm so it was delayed and I had to pick up my keys from the cashier

We didn't know we have mold issue in the cargo space of
We didn't know we have mold issue in the cargo space of our Sienna. The part that was needed wasn't available so they did remove the part and cleaned the area. We were informed the car was ready. Today, my wife found out the cargo space is still wet. This may lead into further issue when it was supposed to be addressed. Also, we were supposed to leave the car but the service center wasn't able to provide us with a service loaner. We're informed that they only have 7 service loaners and all of them were in use. This is very inconvenient for anyone.

When she called me about lowering my monthly car
When she called me about lowering my monthly car payment,I told her that I don't have any money for a down payment. If you're expecting money tell me now , and I want come. Oh no just bring UR driver license. So that's exactly what happened, they wanted me to pay $ 3000. I could have stayed home , in that bad weather. Thank you.
