Great service, clean facilities

Everything was excellent. They treated me very well. They helped me a lot. Excellent service I would recommend it to everyone

Comfortable waiting area

Easy scheduling and pleasant waiting area while car being serviced. I like the mechanics visual video review of recommended service.

It is a good service however I feel like this dealership

It is a good service however I feel like this dealership is lacking in other amenities compared to other dealerships. For example many dealerships that I go to have free food and coffee machines that work. This location dosnt have free food or snacks since you have to buy them from a vending machine. Also the coffee machine was been out of service for a while.

Still it is not a comprehensive service for any customer.

Still it is not a comprehensive service for any customer. Wheel alignment or any precautionary service should cover everything in comprehensive then only it becomes best service. Nothing should come out of customer pocket because car buying is not simple thing its a expensive when it comes to any wheels. Two years complementary means you are just give assurance to customer that everything dealer will take care. Still in fourth service paying around 170 USD then it is still not recommending to any people interms of selecting any dealer or manufacturer to buy. Overall service done in good way but lot of flaws.

Great experience!

Everyone is pleasant and friendly. Having the service tech send a video explaining his evaluation of my car, is helpful. My service associate, Kevin Scesney, is the best! There is nothing wrong with DCH Toyota. It’s some of the people in the waiting area that need some improvement!
