My goodness I talked and he listened. I went in thinking I wood buy a Highlander but came out with a RAV4. He didn’t pressure me or talked me in to anything just explained everything about the SUV’s. I have never ever had anybody explain anything about the product. Blow away. If you are interested in buying this is your guy. He came in on his day off just to deliver my car to me. He still kept explaining how the car worked and put on my phone information and everything. and this was on his day off because the car came in late due to a storm which shut down a town. The whole process was so smooth and everybody involved was super nice. I’ll be definitely coming back to purchase more vehicles in the future. Monica made sure I was all set up with the app and that I knew all the features of my vehicle before I left, she even did a better inspection in my old car and was able to find items I left behind. Gabriel and the finance manager were also super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted respecting my budget.
