Gary, my salesman, was amazing, he knew the details about

Gary, my salesman, was amazing, he knew the details about EVERY car I asked him about. He also knew where they were in this huge lot. Very impressed. Considering the last several places we had been, we were not expecting a knowledgeable salesman. He was great from the start. He didn't pester me. He took personal videos of the cars I was interested in and sent to me, as he knew I had to depend on transportion to get there (he even offered to send someone to get me and bring me there)! Great experience!

Go straight to the reception desk and ask for Zack if you

Go straight to the reception desk and ask for Zack if you need a car and aren't sure what you want. He didn't think I was crazy wanting to look at the Camry, the Rav4, and the Cross. He was helpful without being pushy. He stayed relaxed, while I was anxious about making a wrong decision. He didn't talk too much, which gave me time to pay attention to the things I cared about.

When you talk car dealer everyone cringe, and so did I,

When you talk car dealer everyone cringe, and so did I, untill that is I meet Tyler and the crew at Beaver Toyota, I brought my 87 yr old mom in for a new van and Tyler went so far above and beyond to help us. It was a very complicated deal to say the least and it was handled very professionally . Even after the deal was completed mom had a problem with her keys, (lost them) and Tyler drive 45 minutes to her home to help her find them, and he did find them. Now that’s definitely above and beyond.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life!!! Jarret Lawfer was the absolute BEST!!! Would HIGHLY recommend him and this entire dealership!!

Beware shady practices of pricing and terms

Was taken advantage of by shady employees who over-valued the car and lied about payments and terms by finance so salesman LT showed us a 2017 toyota corolla with 77000 miles on it true estimate on the car was around 13000 but because LT marketed it to us as prestine but when we did the check there was scratches all over the car including in the tints and on the monitor and srveral spots on the exterior of the car which i pointed out to LT who then stated the engine was actually prestine We were warry but like the car and made a deal we thought on the price which was a lie when he passed us on to JH in finance who then claimed that he could get us financed at what we were told was around $14000 we signed everything on a computer desk and were given a flash drive with the terms So fast forward 6 months we find a 2015 Rav4 on the lot so we call LT and JH and ask them to run the numbers to see how much tge payments would be they come back with some crazy high payment almost double what were paying now when i asked how that could be as the 2015 Rav4 was almost $1500 cheaper than the vechicle we had just purchased thats when we found out that they lied about the value of the 2017 toyota corolla charged us close to $20000 for a car they now claimed was worth less than $10000 when i asked JH and LT about the differrence in what we were told we would be paying for the car and what they ended up charging us they both claimed that they never agreed on the lower price and that we agreed on paying full asking price even though that was a straight up lie they then said we signed the contract and there was nothing they could do about it I then told them i was getting a lawyer and gonna fight this in court to which they replied go ahead do you know how many people say theyre gonna sue us So i looked into it and found hundreds of customers that were over charged by these same two employees with the help of a manager DC as we were getting ready to proceed conviently all 3 of the employees that were involved are no longer with the company "wonder why" So my advise stay away who knows how many people these men took advantage of lied too

All in all they are a company that cares.

All in all they are a company that cares. On first impressions I was impressed. Then even though a mistake was made, they put forth the effort to show it was just that. They’ll get my return business.
