I was in need of a car and was searching around. I initially was pre approved with a high interest rate. Drew at Bowman made the process of financing a vehicle easy and straightforward. When I came in with the pre approval interest rate, he said “We will get you a better rate!” He definitely did that and got me connected with a local credit union and locked me in a much lower rate. Worst customer service, auto and body shop around! Make sure to check all things on vehicle before buying as they will keep the car you got sold for weeks on end with no solution! Lack of communication and competency. 3 weeks to replace a bumper only to have them break another part of your car from original damage done in their shop. BUYERS BE WARNED THESE CARS ARE FULL OF FAULTS. I just blew up their Facebook with that

I had a great experience dealing with Brad Tucker @ bowman auto center. I was on the market for a durnago hellcat. I had searched the US of A trying to narrow one down that was right for me. Found quite a few with lower mileage but they were built for Canadian market no factory warranty. Brad at bowman auto center stayed in touch, even after I had explained I was pretty dead set on one in Ohio I had already sent a deposit on. Well came down to that one was also built for Canadian market. Brad may have been consistent (what salesmen arent) but he made the purchase smooth from the get go, I showed up, checked the vehicle out, and handed him a check. 10 mins later I had a plate, and registration. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Bowman goes above and beyond what other dealers would have, down to my vehicle had two exhausts, a aftermarket installed, and factory. The manager was nice enough to take the factory exhaust home so that I wouldn't have to travel as far to retrieve it. 100% 12 stars out of 10. I will be recommending others to come here.
