Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere would best

Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere would best describe my visit to the Naples Infiniti dealership to get an oil change. My service advisor was Dylan Jones and he couldn't have been more professional, Pleasant and easy to work with

Caroline was great to work with!

Caroline was great to work with! Made sure I was all good with the deal and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want nor need. In fact, she is the only saleswomen I’ve dealt with to make a follow up call after I bought the car! Exceptional customer service!

Always a great car buying experience with this

Always a great car buying experience with this dealership. Cullen and Luxon took care of us and made sure we were happy with our vehicle purchase. This team went above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy with her QX80 limited and facilitated a seamless car buying experience during and after the sale. Corri in finance was a pleasure to deal with as always and took care of us to make sure our vehicle got the protection plans we needed. I want to thank Preston as well, he always checks on us and is real down to earth. Scott Roland has a fantastic team here and we really appreciate you guys helping us get my wife's dream car, thank you.

Best sales and customer service I have experienced. They all work as a team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Luxon listened to my needs, walked me through every step and the team made sure I was fully satisfied with my purchases. I even bought an antique car from them!!!!!
