G was fantastic from start to finish. Greeted us with a smile and sent us on a test drive even though we showed up at 10 minutes before closing. Great follow-up through text messaging to answer questions. I felt they were very upfront and honest, and the cars they sell are all top quality. You pay a little more but they are not selling pre-owned cars with a sketchy history.

Very very disappointed!!

My wife car is still under warranty engine light is showing, well then I called to Naples Infiniti request them to take a look at least so my wife doesn’t get stuck in middle of the road. But service department is not ready to look at the car until Tuesday neither want to give loaner until Tuesday. And Tuesday is still 4 days away. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Farhan, We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our next available appointment time with a loaner. We do our best to accommodate all clients, including you and your wife. This sometimes means that we have all of our loaner vehicles accounted for with other guests. While we don't want your wife to be stranded either, a solid engine light is likely an indicator of an air or fuel issue, sensor, gas cap, etc. If either of you would like to stop in before your appointment, we would be happy to attempt a quick diagnosis for you while you wait or with some patience, find alternative transportation pending any early client return or even rental availability.

I requested info on a car listed and Gerosky emailed me right back. I set a time for the next day and I ended up with another car. I thought the one that I wanted was an SUB but it was not. Liked the car and the deal and came back the next day to put it together with the business manager. Smooth experience

I found the entire car buying process efficient and...

I found the entire car buying process efficient and timely/. Bryan was excellent managing the process, helped me set up Bluetooth in the car and gave me a full inspection of the Q60 before leaving the dealership. I live in Tampa, 150 miles from Naples yet the on-line and phone process was awesome. Also a shout out to the finance and parts depts!

We have least two vehicles from Gerosky. The last one, we did not specifically want a infinity, we just wanted to deal with him. He’s like a professional consultant, not a sales person. On top of that, when I got to the finance department I did not get pressured for add-ons either. Can’t recommend them enough.
