I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courtesy from all of the staff our salesman was polite very organized and very helpful we would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Naples infinity.

2nd time leasing with Gerosky. He could literally be one of the top 2-3 consultative salespeople in America today, all industries. There is no sales pitch here. No pressure. Gerosky just finds out what you are looking for, what is important to you, and shows how they can help. You end up just wanting to buy from him bc he is so genuine and good. I was a consultative sales trainer, customer service trainer and manager. Gerosky could charge money to teach consultative sales and customer service. He's that good. Luxon was fast and pleasant getting me through the paperwork process. I feel like the dealership is super fair in working with you on price. Once you purchase, the service dept is great. If you are undecided on what vehicle you want, I recommend going here, asking for Gerosky, and just picking something they offer. Not only will you avoid the crappy experience of buying a car that happens everywhere else, (including luxury brands), you will get a better experience than anything else you may buy. 180 degrees different than the next best buying experience. I am not a personal friend, just a customer who has been taken care of by Gerosky twice now and can't say enough good about him.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I have been an Infiniti owner for years and have two other Infiniti’s I found this dealer on line because they had much better prices then my local dealer. I sent a message online about a car late one night and the next day Gerosky sent me a video of himself showing me features of the car. This was great because I live over 3 hours from this dealer! Price offered was far below recommended price on edmunds and true car so I didn’t feel the need to negotiate lower price. In fact similar car was 10,000 more at my local dealer. This dealer offered me fair price on my trade in as well and low low interest on my loan. All the papers were drawn up before I came to pick up car. I was late picking up the car because I was coming after work. Gerosky had Jonathan meet me and several other people stayed late as well. When I got there car was washed and ready to go. Jonathan’s was upbeat and cheerful. Really helpful with last few details. No bait and switch. He also assured me that he would have drove the car to me and picked up my trade in as well. I was extremely happy with the entire deal. Although I passed by three other Infiniti dealers driving from tampa to Naples in a storm to get this car, I would do it again. Hope to buy another car from them soon. Thanks guys.

After 8 days of reaching out to get info on a vehicle every 24 hrs, I finally reached out to the sales manager. He made sure someone contacted me shortly after. Johnathan saved the day as well as procured the sale of the car I wanted. This was my first experience buying a car without going to the dealership. It was also the smoothest. Thanks to Johnathan.

Shopping for a car and spending hours in the dealership is not my idea of fun. I found a car I was interested in at Naples Infiniti and reached out on a Sun. They are normally closed on Sun so was surprised to get a rsponse. The whole process was easy. I live about 2.5 hrs away from this dealership. Jonathan went above and beyond to answer all my questions in addition to customizing a video of the CPO car that peaked my intrest. I was even more intrigued that he offered to bring me the car. What could be better about car shopping without going to the car dealership? Nothing! Jonathan took care of everything and stayed on top of my ever question and concern!! I was a little hesitant at first because I didnt know what to expect...Overall, BEST exoerience by far of any car shopping I have done in my life time.
