Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the vehicle after my test run but I liked it so much they allowed me to extend my rental. Ashley Casselle was a great help with the entire process. From riding the perfect car to helping with insurance, and keeping me abreast of how to get the most out of my money. Ashley went above and beyond to help me get that special car and I highly recommend her .

Our sales representative, Loreal Washington was wonderful to work with. She gave us a phone description of the vehicle before we went to the lot. She was very accommodating in arranging the 3 day rent2 buy period. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle which we rented, she was very understanding and courteous with us. I would highly recommend her.

Ashley is excellent sales person, she doesn't not pressure you into buying a car and but we felt that we were important to her from the beginning. She is knowledgeable about the entire buying process, and worked for us to locate cars that we were interested in. We felt so great about her that when our car that we purchased from her in August was totaled in September; there was no questions about who we would call. She did again find us another car and it was in our budget.. She is so awesome that we are telling others of her.

I had a great experience working with Ashley to purchase my new car. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and authentically concerned about helping me find the car I needed and work a trade with my current car. I was coming from out of town and she went out of the way to keep me up to date on inventory and status so I would not have a wasted trip. Hertz is a good place to buy a used car because they do not try to rip you off at all. I was able to walk out of there with a car at a reasonable deal for my trade-in and I am extremely happy with the car i left with and it's great condition!

If Ashley were not in the loop, this transaction would not be completed. I had scheduled a car pick up on 10/2 and my car broke down a week before. I canceled my 10/2 pick up and started to look around. Ashley got involved, restored my order and pulled up my car pick up date. Brake was not working right. It had warped discs. She lined me up with Maintenance Manager Gary. Brake was fixed. I would have paid more to get that kind of experience. I wrote a note to Regional VP expressing my views.

I thought Ashley was very helpful in my purchasing the car that I finally picked. She was very professional and also friendly. She was patient with me and steered me in the right direction for choosing my car. I would recommend everyone to ask for her if they are interested in purchasing a car from your dealership.
