I was looking for a car at Kia and stumbled into Hertz which was next door. Ashley talked to me and made feel at ease. We did paperwork, I was approved to purchase a vehicle, however I was not prepared at that time. I went to a another car sales lot(Mitsubishi) that was recommended by a friend and bought a vehicle.I drove the vehicle home without completing all of the paperwork and had to return the next day to finalize the sale. Something just didn't feel right and when I went back the next day they had changed the terms of the sale. I terminated the transaction and got my deposit back. I recently purchased my new car from Hertz Car Sales in Philadelphia with the help of Loreal J. It was a different selling technique right from the beginning, in a good way and not your typically sales lot. Loreal was fantastic. Shegreeted us right away and as soon as I mentioned we were there to browse, she politely gave us our time and allowed us to approach her once we were ready. This is something that is very important to me, I did not feel like we were being hounded which normally takes away from the browsing experience. Loreal never made me feel rushed and the buying process was great. Everyone that we were dealing with (Financing, Appraisals etc) introduced themselves to us and explained the process thoroughly. It is a very professional atmosphere which I loved. Loreal especially was very patient with my questions and made sure that we were satisfied upon leaving the lot. This is a follow-up to my review below ? CAUTION! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING A HERTZ CAR. I can now first-hand say that Hertz Car Sales stands behind their customers 100%, even after their purchase?and because of this, would wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from them. Buy with confidence! After learning about my situation below with the two rear tires on my ?13 Camry that I outlined below, Joe, the Sales Manager at Hertz, called me personally to apologize for the situation, and then offered to purchase two new rear tires for the car, no questions asked. He stated more than once during our conversation that he wants every one of his customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase ? during and after the sale. Upon Joe?s direction, I took the car to the local auto repair shop in my area that Hertz does business with, and they installed two new rear tires at no cost to me. Please note, Joe also agreed to purchase the exact same type of tires that were recently installed on the front of my car, so that I can rotate them in the future. These are name brand, quality tires, so he didn?t only agree to purchase the cheapest tires out there, but made sure I was 100% satisfied with the tire purchase. I couldn?t be more happy with the response I received from Joe and Hertz. Again, buy with confidence at Hertz, because my situation is proof that they will treat you fairly, with respect, and that they stand behind their cars and their customers 100%!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz and was extremely satisfied with the experience. My sales rep was Loreal Jefferson. She was very friendly, informative and courteous. She took her time explaining different features on the cars that I was interested in and stayed well within my budget. Loreal treated me like a valued customer and not just a sale. Although I didn't purchase from this location, Hertz Philly was amazing and had the car I wanted sent up to my location in Allentown to save me the drive. If that wasn't possible however I would have gladly driven down myself after speaking with Ashley Casselle extensively. She actually cares about what you are interested in and is not all pushy.
