I was looking for a car and had gotten a 2015 Passat from here. Stephen was extremely helpful and patient. I test drove 5 cars with him and he never pressured me to buy any. He was very knowledgeable about various cars and was able to answer all my questions. He also provided recommendations based on what I was looking for. He has a great sense of humor and helped ease pressure of finding a car with a great fit for me. Throughout the sales process, he went above and beyond and was very efficient and helpful in coordinating the sales and transaction. I would highly recommend getting a car from him. The rest of the staff at this place were also very warm and friendly. Joe, the general manager of this place even offered to pay for a car part when I thought it was missing. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Loreal at the Hertz- Essington location. Loreal was patient and knowledgeable in the way she responded to all of my questions. I would definitely refer Loreal to my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a car.

Ashley was great. She made the whole process easy and smooth. As far as repairs they offered to touch up some minor scratches on the vehicle even though they didn't have to. Unfortunately we haven'y had time to take the car in and take them up on the offer. I would recommend my friends to Ashley.

A great vehicle purchase experience! We dealt with Steve. I completed an online application, heard back promptly from Steve. Since I live 30 miles from the location,I asked him to walk around the vehicle which I was interested in and let me know any cosmetic issues. He complied and was honest. What a difference from the local location. I highly recommend dealing with Steve.

Honestly it was a very easy transaction eveything went perfectly was able to send in all my paperwork over and that allowed them to have things ready once i got there, Loreal Jefferson was truly the best, with talking to me over the phone to helping me out with finance it was a very great experience and I got back great news.
