I researched used cars for quite some time and found hertz because of the prices. we called ahead and spoke with Loreal. She got all of the cars together and lined up ready to test drive upon my arrival. She was kind, understanding, and not pushy! She answered all of questions and made the whole process simple! The finance piece took much longer than expected because only one finance guy works on Saturdays and it was busy but overall worth it. Loving my new car!
