Simple oil change and tire rotation.

Simple oil change and tire rotation. Yes they were nice enough to wash and vacuum my car, I can understand my seat being moved for that, but to change my radio station, change my driver profile (had to delete the profile) cause I couldn't un do the change to my display dash gauge cluster. They adjusted my air vents. Messed with everything but re setting the oil life indicator. Not happy. Now the service advisor was polite and friendly

I had NUMEROUS people in my deal.

I had NUMEROUS people in my deal. i was highly recommended by a friend. everyone was super nice and thought it was going smooth until i received my car. i love my car but i was lied to and played. i was informed the car picked out was on the showroom floor with ZERO miles on it. my paperwork said 10miles which i was still okay with. when my car got delivered (which i paid extra to be trailered) it had 938 miles on it!!!! so i paid the same price as all the other dealerships with less then 10 miles for one that had almost a thousand!! looking back on the conversations and pictures NON had the dash w/miles. i was purposely lied too and taken advantage of. come to find out the car was a LOANER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! i put 5k down for these reps to take advantage of so that money could go straight to their pocket and now they want to do very little to make it right knowing well you cant sell a "new car" as new once it hits 1k miles. when the car was delivered it was set up in spanish with someones personal settings set up already and it was def used (WHICH IS WHY IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO DELIVER DUE TO "CLEANING") and was told the delivery i paid for the person delivering would pick up my trade....not the case they sent someone to pick up my car leaving me stranded and then the "new car" was delivered so i was forced to accept it. very sketchy and very dishonest. people who handled my case: jim GENERAL MANAGER, jose finance director, frania sales consultant and a few others i cant think of off the top of my head. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

the def. of being lied to and played is EXACTLY what your team did. i have already filed complaints and will go public with this. The horror stories of sales reps is EXACTLY what your team did. I was so happy and thought at first i finally found a good team and then it has shattered me the outcome. i work my butt off to get where i am and you knew my situation and your team still played me. your "compensation" is a slap in the face! i had already gotten a approved for the exact same car closer with 4 MILES on it and i went with yall because of a dear friend and the interest rate was a little lower and instead yall took advantage.

honest and simple mistake? out of the 4 to 5 people that was involved and took pictures yall MADE SURE the mileage wasnt in any of the pictures. you and i both know if that car had 1k miles on it, you wouldnt have been able to sell it for the price you sold it to me for and it almost did. You matched what kia offered me for my trade actually. how are you suppose to buy peoples trust when what you and your team say doesnt end up matching the outcome? how would you feel if this was your daughter? to be treated this way is disgusting!! i would never and thats what HURTS THE MOST!
