Riley was incredibly helpful and patient! Really provided clear communication throughout the entire process and patient with all my concerns and questions. Would work with him again! 10/10!

My experience with Clay Cooley has been absolutely

My experience with Clay Cooley has been absolutely horrible. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. They delivered my vehicle to me with no gas, no license plate, and no inspection. On top of that, the staff didn’t even know how to handle the registration process until a manager had to get involved. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the vehicle they sold me for $25,000 was only worth around $11,250. This is beyond deceptive and feels like I was completely taken advantage of. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I will be reporting Clay Cooley to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

Went for an oil change on my ram and the lady who

Went for an oil change on my ram and the lady who assisted me misty was very kind and helpful and was honest with me that it could take a while but I was perfectly fine with it I got out of there in good enough timing and satisfied with the service.

Sara was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating

Sara was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating from the very start. She was extremely accommodating with my schedule, especially since we needed to leave out of town for college. Her service made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
