Misleading, not trustworthy, don’t give them your business. I bought a car from these guys strictly because they seemed trustworthy, which is hard to find in a car dealer. Well, looks like my instincts were wrong along with them misleading me. Their prices aren’t cheap at all, all other options i found for the SUV i bought were newer and cheaper, but I thought the Johns at Greenfield Auto Specialist seemed the most trustworthy. They weren’t. I asked for brakes to be replaced before i bought the car because they were visibly rusty and old. They told me days later that they had just replaced the brake pads, but assured me everything else was fine. I was hesitant, but i don’t know the most about cars and again, they seemed trustworthy with good reviews. I bought the car, and a few months later the brakes xxxx the bed. I contacted the shop and they said records showed that pads AND rotors had been done before i bought the car, a new story. I asked twice to see these records and they ignored me. I just spent 600$ on the car because it needed new rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers, as well as a water leak from the roof rack. The front brakes are also rusty and old looking, so i’m guessing they lied and didn’t replace anything, and the front ones will go again soon. Thanks Greenfield Auto Specialists for lying and taking advantage of customers, i’ll be sure to spread the word to all my friends in the Pioneer Valley, the Berkshires, and all around Mass! Take your business elsewhere!

Attention consumer, Six years ago I purchased a used vehicle for GIC AKA gAs. I am so pleased I expet to still have it another Six. I've had a few minor wear and tear issues that are expected but resolved immediately I appreciate this but not only do they want to maintain the car are concerned about my safety driving it. I also bought a car for my daughter from them and when she moved they graciously sold it for us. Nothing has ever been complicated just an easy ride. My regards and thanks to Sales, Service and Serey for transporting my car even for a minor oil change considering my busy schedule .

Experience was great......................ended up re-thinking my needs, and decided not to buy at all at this time................but would definitely go back to them when the need is really there.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Greenfield Auto Specialists . I knew I wanted a sport utility but wasn't sure what make or model .They talked with me and asked what I liked and didn't and found me the perfect car , I Love my Hyundai Sana Fe ! I would highly recommend them to anyone . They were great .They took all the stress out of car shopping . .

Matching the right car to our customer's needs is what gives us the most satisfaction. If we do not have the best car for their needs we find it for them. About a third of the cars we sell are special orders based on the customer's specific wants, needs and budget. It is not a surprise that we have been called "car psychiatrists" and the "Click and Clack" of Western Massachusetts.

I consulted with Greenfield Auto Specialist after learning from Toyota dealer that I desperately needed new brakes. In my experience, I knew when the pads were getting low. Greenfield Auto not only found other items that needed attention, they said that I still had a lot of life left and my brakes did not need immediate attention. I have also been told by Toyota dealer in Greenfield that I had needed a water pump a while ago, indeed I DID NOT !!!!! I also live in Amherst and someone came and picked my car up and returned it !!!

II have purchased a BMW for myself and also a VW for my daughter from Greenfield Auto Specialists a few years ago. We are both enjoying the vehicles. A few expected repairs that were handled immediately with attentive, affordable care. My daughter is No longer in the immediate area but service was able to help direct us with sincere concern to find someone she could rely on if need be. They did. The buying process was great fun! Simply told them what I wanted. Model, mileage, cost and got it all. Not my usual experience everyday. May I also add that the personnel are a pleasure. I was introduced to all my first visit. I find them great fun and truly consider them friends now. I never hesitate to call when after skimming the manual sure if I may have pushed the wrong button or lever My experience with them has been top notch and now own an Ultimate Driving Machine that couldn't afford brand new. Feels like it and new to me
