Dealership staff were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable. We had done research in advance and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and in fact chose Premier because they had the car we wanted - make, model, and color. They were not the most convenient dealership for us (we live.45 minutes away) but we’re very happy we chose to do business with Premier.

Professionalism top rating, Paul,phill and one other sales guy was very nice. They did their job with pride. Excellent customer service, I left with excitement ,because of the way I was treated. They all treat me with dignity and respect. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a 2023 K5 from this dealer in December 2014, and felt it was a positive experience overall. The sales representatives were non pressure and informative about their products. It felt easy to pull the trigger after test driving, seeing what you get for the price and I wasted no time and put a deposit the same day. 4 months later and I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s a great car and has features for a base model typically reserved for higher trims. They got me a great rate for a loan through a credit union. The financing staff were also nice and seemed to offer options appropriate for my situation. I didn’t feel like they were upselling me. I appreciate the generous terms and warranty offers as well.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car--and it was completely due to Owen! He was very professional and met all of my needs in an efficient manner. He was not at all pushy or manipulative---he did not try to show me anything other than the car that I specifically came to see. I felt that he was trying to help meet my needs rather than get a commission or get as much money from me as possible, which is the way I have felt every other time I have bought a car. I worked with Mike to address a number of issues with the car, and he was extremely helpful, checking for any warranty or recall options, always keeping me posted. Within a day, the car had engine service done, the front brakes done, and the 60,000-mile service done. I'll be asking to work with Mike the next time I need any work done!

I dropped by for an oil change with no appointment. Although they were very busy at the time, I was well accommodated.

The service here is always expert and efficient. The waiting area is nicely appointed and they keep customers informed of the progress of the repair.
