I have had good experiences with this shop for both routine maintenance and repairs. I try work exclusively with John Moen. He has been excellent- he has been responsive to any concerns and my questions. He has always been polite, professional and available.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. Reaching anyone—especially John Moen—is nearly impossible, as calls consistently go unanswered and unreturned. When I finally spoke with John, he clearly stated that the repairs would be covered under my warranty. Later, he attempted to charge me $1,500 for something he claimed was “not covered.” This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. Clear communication and honesty are the bare minimum I expect, especially when dealing with warranty coverage and significant costs. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Met the mechanic who understood my problem and was
Met the mechanic who understood my problem and was patient and polite with me. He discovered a blockage in the sunroof drain which could have caused the water to get into the electric brake module which failed. He cleared the drain and added a plastic bag for the module to help prevent future water problems to that module since this is the second time it has happened in 2 years.

Daphne was an excellent service advisor, communication
Daphne was an excellent service advisor, communication was timely and honest. I would criticize the service process experience, as the length of time to even look at my vehicle was 5 hours after appointment time. Parts weren't ordered until next day, delivery of parts took 1.5 days, coming from Carrollton. A steering part replacement took 4 days, meanwhile no rental car offered for keeping the $120k truck I purchased at the same dealership. Offering multiple appointment times (I chose 7am) if it will likely take multiple days seems pointless. Just say you're resource constrained, the repairs or maintenance will take a couple of days, and offer a rental for the inconvenience. I trust the work, but no longer trust the time they will keep my vehicles.
